So I'm a bad blogger...
I haven't blogged since April but of course had every intention of doing so.  Why start now when it is the busiest time of the year (Christmas)?  Because that's how I roll...the busier, the more I attempt to do.  I seem to work better, and more, under greater pressure.

January
  • Our usual trip to sunny Siesta Key, Florida to visit with G & G and my uncle Jerry

  • Sheri attempted to "coach" Grayson's Upward Basketball team while Jeremy was working in Canada
February
  • More Upward...
  • Enjoying a warmer winter!
March
  • Upward ends--Go to Pacer game

  • Taylor in the musical based on Anne of Green Gables
  • College visits begin

April
  • Chandler begins his first track season running sprints, relays, shot-put, & discus


  • Grayson returns to baseball--plays short-stop mostly with some fantastic pitches thrown as well
May
  • Taylor becomes a personal assistant for a friend of ours
  • College visits continue

  • School year ends
June
  • Chandler & Autumn enjoy their vacation with G & G to Pennsylvania & Ohio
  • Grayson's baseball team makes it to the 3rd round--semi-finals

  • Jeremy, Grayson, & I tag along on a trip to Indiana caverns with our church friends
  • Taylor attends Worldview Academy at Butler University

  • Chandler's football practices begin
July
  • Attend annual tradition of Carmel Fest Parade, Activities, & fireworks

  • Kids completed 4-H projects and participated in the Hamilton County Fair
  • Visited the Elkhart County Fair--animals, rides, and food, food, food!
August
  • Huge birthday party for Chandler, Autumn, & Grayson as an overnighter at our church with 30 kids!!!
  • School Begins at the beginning--Taylor (senior), Chandler (freshman), Autumn (8th), & Grayson (5th)
  • Chandler's football games begin (team in gray/silver--Lions Homeschool FB)

  • Jeremy returns home from Canada...for GOOD!!!
  • Put house up for sale...yes again
September
  • Football games & college visits
  • Taylor & Chandler begin a 3-day a week, Latin School as full time students

  • Jeremy & Sheri celebrate 20 years of marriage
  • Attend a Purdue Football game...they actually WON


October
  • Football ends
  • School Break trips to Kokomo Glass Co., Grissom AF Museum, Fair Oaks Farms, & James Whitcomb Riley's childhood home




 
  • Taylor's 18-hr masquerade, murder/mystery birthday party
November
  • Sheri's birthday celebration--included a Colts game!!

  • Thanksgiving with family
  • Jeremy, Sheri, Taylor, & Chandler joined church choir members to sing back-up at the Gaither Christmas Celebration, raising money for Wheeler Mission (Indianapolis), at Bankers Life Fieldhouse
  • House off market until January
December
  • 2 more weeks of school
  • Gas actually goes below $3...$2.87!!

  • Eating more than we ought
  • Receiving more than we deserve
Hopefully it won't be another 6 mos. before I blog again...
