Jeremy has been working many hours each day and every other weekend in addition to that.  The plant has so many issues that he and his crew have grown weary of completing simple tasks that MUST be done.

Background:   This plant was scheduled to close in the coming months.  The workforce was low, the maintenance ceased to exist, and things began to look more and more like a plant that wasn't going to run much longer.

Due to the need for more parts to be cast for up-and-coming cars, they decided to utilize this facility for some major car components.  This plant, and its workforce, were not in any way prepared for this challenge to come so quickly.  Many people from Kokomo, and some retirees that have come back, are spending numerous hours getting this task accomplished...getting the plant set up with machines and workers, and making good parts.
